EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We offer free exchanges on raincoats, but not on umbrellas. For example, if you want a different color umbrella, please return the product and place a new order in the desired color via the website.

Returns are accepted without reservation within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Return costs are not covered by DRIP ApS. You can use our returns portal .

Please note that it may take 7-9 business days from the time the return order is sent until it is received and processed. Refunds may take 2-3 business days depending on the bank and payment method.
