GENERALLY
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases on the website www.dripdenmark.com owned by DRIP ApS ("DRIP Denmark"), VAT DK43342061, Grønningen 53, 8700 Horsens, DK Denmark. By placing your order, you accept the terms and conditions in force at any time. DRIP Denmark therefore recommends that you read the terms and conditions carefully.
DRIP Denmark may change the terms and conditions at any time with effect for future purchases.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
All prices on www.dripdenmark.com are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. Before you approve your order, the final price for the order including shipping costs will be displayed.
Payment can only be made via the secured payment form on the website. DRIP Denmark accepts payment with: Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Klarna and MobilePay. The amount will only be deducted when the item has been shipped. A receipt for purchase will be received via email.
Your payment is processed securely, and DRIP Denmark encrypts your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that only PensoPay has access to your payment information.
DELIVERY
DRIP Denmark offers delivery via various partners, currently GLS, dao, PostNord and Bring. Delivery can be made to Denmark and takes place to the address or delivery location you have provided when placing your order.
Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and are stated in connection with your order.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and if the order has not been received within 5-7 business days, please contact the chosen shipping company . If unsuccessful, contact our customer service at support@dripdenmark.com or +45 60553665.
DRIP Denmark is not responsible for delays from the shipping company.
COMPLAINT
The Danish Sales Act's rules on defects, including the rules on complaints, apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have a 24-month right of complaint from the time of delivery if the purchased item has a defect, e.g. a manufacturing or material defect. You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. A complaint within two months after you have discovered the defect will always be considered timely.
When making a complaint, please write to DRIP Denmark and provide as much detail as possible about the problem.
You can choose whether you want the item to be repaired or exchanged. Refund of the purchase price, however, is only an option (i) if there is a significant defect, or (ii) if replacement or repair is not possible or would entail disproportionately high costs for DRIP Denmark.
If the complaint is justified, DRIP Denmark will refund the reasonable shipping costs associated with returning the item. If your complaint is not justified, you must pay the shipping costs yourself, including DRIP Denmark's costs for returning the item after examining it.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging. You are responsible for the item until DRIP Denmark receives it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track & trace number.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us an unambiguous notice that you wish to cancel the purchase, for example by sending an email to support@dripdenmark.com.
The withdrawal period is met if you send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal within the first 14 days after delivery
According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received .
If you cancel your purchase, DRIP Denmark must be notified no later than 14 days after the day you received the goods. If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the cancellation period is considered to have expired on the following business day.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You are responsible for the goods until we receive them and you are responsible for the return costs. You can use our returns portal .
The product must be returned no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed DRIP Denmark that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is considered met if the product is shipped within 14 days of notification to DRIP Denmark.
It is important that your name and address are included so that DRIP Denmark can find the order in the customer register. Please also mark the return as "return".
It is important that you pack the item properly when returning it, as you bear the risk of the item until DRIP Denmark receives the item. Please enclose any packaging and product labels. DRIP Denmark encourages you to save shipping receipts.
When you cancel a purchase, DRIP Denmark will refund the payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after DRIP Denmark has received notification that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, DRIP Denmark may withhold payment until the item has been returned or you have sent documentation that the item has been returned.
For packages that are not picked up, we are forced to deduct DKK 100 from the refunded amount. This is due to delivery costs.
The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
COMPANY OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS
The buyer always receives an order receipt upon completion of the purchase. The order information is stored by DRIP Denmark for 5 years. It is not possible to access the order receipt via www.dripdenmark.com. If you would like a new copy of the order receipt, please send an e-mail to support@dripdenmark.com instead.
RESERVATION
DRIP Denmark cannot be held liable in the event of non-fulfillment of the contract due to an unforeseeable event over which DRIP Denmark has no control, such as riots, full or partial strike, particularly in the transport and/or communications sector, fire, floods or similar events.
DRIP Denmark reserves the right to make small deviations in production in relation to the placement of prints and sewn badges on the umbrellas and umbrella bag. Cork handles are a natural product and will always differ slightly from the product images on www.dripdenmark.com , as each handle is unique.
DRIP Denmark also makes reservations for sold-out items and typos on the website.
PERSONAL DATA
DRIP Denmark processes your personal data in accordance with the company's personal data policy .
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT AND CHOICE OF LAW
You are always welcome to contact DRIP Denmark if you want to complain about a purchase. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, if the conditions for complaining are met. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via www.naevneneshus.dk .
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
The agreement between you and DRIP Denmark, including these terms and conditions, is subject to Danish law, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you reside.
